New Printer Sales

First access hold a wide range of new printers and we will be happy to advise on the best fit for your needs and your budget. All new printers will be supplied with manufacturers’ original warranty and will be fully backed up with their relevant consumables.

Printer Repairs

We can offer repair services for most types of printers. Customers can make appointments to bring printers to our premises for quotation or for a small fee we can collect the printers ourselves.

We always advise customers of the approximate costs of essential repairs before undertaking any work and you will of course be advised if it is financially viable for the work to be undertaken at all.

Labour is charged at low fixed labour rates, or alternatively why not opt for one of our excellent value maintenance agreements.

If you are looking for a product or a spare part and you can't find it on our site, then please contact us immediately and we will be happy to try and source it for you.

Refurbished Printers

All First access refurbished printers and printer parts have been rebuilt to a very high standard. They have been rigorously tested and thoroughly cleaned and will be delivered with their own First Access warranty certificate.

Consumables

We provide a wide range of consumables from various manufacturers for such items as inks, toners, ribbons, drums and developers for both monochrome and colour printers.
